Simucube 3 Ultimate is the flagship of Simucube's 3 Series lineup, using a newly developed, all-original direct drive optimized IPM, a different architecture from the SPM motors in the Sport and Pro models. It delivers 35 Nm of peak torque with a 23-bit absolute angle sensor (8 million steps). Unlike the Sport and Pro models, which require the Simucube Link Hub to be purchased separately, the Ultimate ships with it included. Power and data pass through the separately sold Simucube 3 Link Quick Release via Simucube's LightBridge technology, a contactless connection with no wearing parts; USB wheels remain compatible through the same Link Quick Release. The wheelbase includes telemetry-based force feedback effects for road texture, ABS activation, and RPM, alongside the standard filter set. The included metal control box houses a master power switch, emergency stop, standby button, and a rotary encoder dial for custom mapping, letting settings be adjusted mid-session without leaving the simulator. It runs on Simucube Tuner 3.0 software. Simucube 3 Ultimate measures 135 × 135 × 323mm and weighs 13 kg, running on a 360W power supply (450W peak). It mounts via front or bottom mounting points, backed by a 5-year warranty, the longest in the Simucube 3 lineup.
