The Sim-Lab XP1 is a full-metal load cell pedal set built around a proprietary 200kg inline load cell delivering up to 100kg of brake pedal pressure with 16-bit analog input resolution. The inline load cell placement maximizes brake accuracy and control through every phase of corner entry, from initial braking to trail-braking and release. Throttle and clutch pedals use contactless Hall effect sensors for zero-wear operation and consistent input over time. Pedal feel is tunable via interchangeable elastomers and springs — covering everything from a firm Formula-style setup to a softer configuration suited for heel-and-toe driving. Pedal spacing, angle, preload, and travel are all independently adjustable to fit any rig geometry or driving style. Configuration is handled through RaceDirector software, which allows per-axis linearity, deadzone, and sensitivity adjustments with saveable presets for switching between cars and simulators.
