Sigma Integrale DK6+ is a professional-grade motion system designed and manufactured in California, providing 6 inches (150mm) of travel across pitch, roll, and heave . Free from preprogrammed artificial or exaggerated effects, it replicates chassis movement, road surface texture, elevation changes, weight transfer, and loss of traction with precise, pure telemetry-based feedback, rapid response, and minimal latency. Each actuator uses a billet aluminum housing with a 6-inch (150mm) nickel-plated solid steel piston, rated for 800 lbs (363 kg) of total payload and 7.9 in/s of actuator speed at 1.5 N-m of motor torque. Actuators measure 19 inches tall by 3.375 inches wide and weigh 20 lbs each, mounting to standard aluminum extrusion chassis, with extended brackets available for wider-slot profiles like Sabelt or Sim-Lab. The system runs on Sigma Integrale's in-house motion controller, built on a 32-bit real-time ARM processor and a custom 75-volt DC electrical system for compact, high-torque motors and thinner cabling. Motors are American-made units tuned specifically for Sigma's motion algorithms, with license-free control software, automatic over-the-air updates, and phone-based remote tuning. The system requires no lubrication and is built for years of maintenance-free operation, backed by a 3-year electrical and 1-year mechanical warranty. The additional travel over the DK2+ is intended for high-motion applications such as off-road, rally, and flight simulation, while also reducing motion saturation for low-travel vehicles like formula cars.
