Heusinkveld Ultimate+ 3-pedal set is manufactured from powder-coated, glass bead blasted stainless steel. The brake pedal uses a force-sensitive 200kg load cell rated for up to 140 kg of actual braking force, while throttle and clutch use position-sensitive load cells. All three pedals feature hydraulic damping — two-way (compression and return) on brake and clutch, one-way on throttle, for smoother, more realistic pedal motion. The set connects through an external controller box (rather than electronics integrated into the pedal itself, unlike the Sprint line) and runs on Windows 10 or newer through Heusinkveld's SmartControl and SmartControl Live software. Adjustments include 9 brake resistance settings, pedal preload, pedal angle, pedal travel, pedal plate height, hydraulic damping level, and configurable output curves and deadzones through software.
