Heusinkveld Sprint 3-pedal set is manufactured from powder-coated, glass bead blasted stainless steel. The brake pedal uses a force-sensitive 120kg load cell, while throttle and clutch use position-sensitive load cells, with braking force rated up to 65 kg. Electronics are fully integrated into the brake pedal, connecting via USB and running on Windows 10 or newer through Heusinkveld's SmartControl and SmartControl Live software. The clutch pedal uses a regressive spring mechanism to replicate a concave force curve. Adjustments include 6 brake resistance settings, pedal angle, pedal travel, pedal plate height, spring preload per pedal, and configurable output curves and deadzones through software. Each pedal has four mounting slots for forward and backward positioning and requires a rigid mounting surface — aluminum profile beams, a thick metal plate, or Heusinkveld's separately sold Sprint Baseplate; it cannot be installed on a floor or in a wheel stand without a full-frame rig. It ships from the factory with mounting hardware, a USB cable, adjustment tools, and a manual, backed by a 2-year warranty and EMC/CE certification.
