GSI Interlock is GSI's modular wheel system, available as the Interlock Ultra — built around a dedicated rim with the LED Matrix integrated directly into the design — or as the Interlock Base Module + Rim, which pairs the same modular base with a GT or Oval-profile GSI rim and an optional integrated LED Matrix. Both share the same core electronics: interchangeable grips, a 2- or 4-paddle configuration with a choice of aluminum or carbon fiber paddles, 12 RGB LED push buttons (500 gram-force engagement, 2 LEDs each), 2 seven-way switches, 2 thumb encoders, and rotary encoders rated at 6.5 N·cm. With the LED Matrix fitted, both versions carry up to 90 RGB LEDs across buttons, encoders, and a 4+15+4 telemetry strip, and support up to 44 total mappable inputs. The wheel is built around GSI's Powerlink-QR-ready electronics, connecting via USB-C through a compatible passthrough quick release or the included coiled cable, with automatic switching between the two. It runs on GSI's simOS firmware, with predictive input algorithms and power management, and pairs with the simOS companion app.
