Asetek Forte is a direct drive sim racing wheelbase that delivers 18 Nm of peak/holding torque (holding torque defined as continuous output for up to 40 seconds) with a peak slew rate of 6.7 Nm/ms, through a 22-bit absolute encoder (4,000,000 steps per revolution, 0.000085° resolution). The wheelbase includes a built-in 5-port USB-C hub, letting pedals, wheels, and other peripherals connect directly to the base. Asetek's Quick Release system is included, and its slip ring is rated for 200 million rotations. Four programmable RGB LED zones (21 LEDs each) are configurable through Asetek's RaceHub software, including full LED shutoff. RaceHub software allows saving profile presets and adjusting steering range, bumpstop hardness and range, overall force, damping, and smoothing. It measures 133 × 132 × 293mm (including Quick Release) and weighs 8.5 kg, running on a 400W power supply.
